2. Use of the App
Habit Tracker is a personal productivity tool designed to help you build and track daily habits. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface provided.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Premium features, including unlimited habits, all themes, detailed statistics, and an ad-free experience, are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free version of Habit Tracker allows you to create and track up to 3 habits simultaneously. Certain themes and detailed analytics features are reserved for premium subscribers. Advertisements may be displayed in the free version of the app.
5. User Data & Privacy
Your habit data, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit personal data to external servers. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within Habit Tracker are the property of Codmaker and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
7. Disclaimer
Habit Tracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is designed to assist you in building habits but does not constitute professional health, fitness, or medical advice. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codmaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data resulting from app deletion or device failure.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
