Introduction
Konnach: Easy Invoice Maker ('we', 'our', or 'us') is built by Codmaker. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app to create, preview, manage, export, and share invoices and estimates.
The short version: no account is required, your invoice and business data is stored locally on your device, and we do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the information you choose to enter so it can provide its invoicing features. This may include:
- Business profiles: business names, addresses, contact details, payment information, and a company logo you select.
- Client information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, and related notes.
- Catalog information: saved products, services, descriptions, rates, units, and tax settings.
- Invoices and estimates: document numbers, dates, due dates, line items, discounts, taxes, payment details, notes, totals, and paid or estimate status.
- App preferences: language, appearance, notification choices, workspaces, and other settings needed to personalize the app.
- Purchase status: a local record of whether Pro access is active and which plan is associated with the purchase.
This information is stored in the app's private on-device storage. Codmaker does not operate an account system or a cloud database that receives your invoice content.
How We Use Information
- To create, edit, calculate, preview, and organize your invoices and estimates.
- To reuse business, client, product, and service information across documents and workspaces.
- To generate PDF documents on your device and prepare them for sharing through your operating system.
- To show payment and estimate status and schedule the reminders you choose to enable.
- To verify and restore purchases and unlock the correct Pro features.
Photo Library Access
The app requests photo access only when you choose an image, such as a company logo. We use the system photo picker and access only the image you select. We do not scan, upload, or access your full photo library in the background. If you decline access, the rest of the app remains available without the selected image.
PDF Generation and Sharing
Invoice and estimate PDFs are generated on your device. When you choose to share a PDF, it is passed to the system share sheet. The destination you select—such as email, messaging, cloud storage, or another app—handles the document under its own privacy terms. We do not receive a copy of the PDF you share.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications for events such as upcoming or overdue invoices and estimates awaiting a response. Notification text may include a document number or client name so the reminder is useful. These reminders are scheduled on your device and can be disabled in the app or system settings.
Third-Party Services
Apple App Store and Google Play
Store services process purchases, restore purchase history, and may display the native rating prompt. Their handling of account, payment, and review information is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details or learn whether you dismissed or completed a native rating prompt.
Apps You Choose for Sharing
A third-party app receives a document only when you explicitly select it from the system share sheet. Its treatment of that document is outside Codmaker's control.
In-App Purchases
Konnach: Easy Invoice Maker offers optional weekly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Transactions are processed by the store connected to your device. The app receives the purchase and entitlement status required to unlock or restore Pro access, but Codmaker does not receive your full payment information. You can manage subscriptions through your store account settings.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The app does not include third-party advertising trackers, does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or rent your personal or business information. We do not use your invoice content for advertising or marketing.
Data Security
Your business data is kept in the app's private local storage, and purchase status is cached using secure device storage. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any PDFs you export. We recommend using a device passcode, installing operating system updates, and sharing sensitive documents only with intended recipients.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete records or workspaces in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall it. Device backups may retain app data according to your operating system and backup settings. Files you previously exported or shared must be deleted from their destination separately. Because Codmaker does not hold your invoice database, we cannot recover it after it is deleted.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
Your Choices and Rights
Because your business records are stored locally, you control them directly through the app and your device. You can edit or delete records, disable notifications, decline photo access, manage your subscription, or uninstall the app. For other privacy questions or requests, contact us using the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new Last Updated date.
